Marc Brandon D'Souza

I
have been working in video game development for over 11
years with experience spanning several countries, sizes of organization
and development platforms.
I
have worked with development studios such as NCsoft, Ubi Soft, Ideaworks3d,
Climax Brighton,
Milestone, Impressionware, Intelligent
Games and with IP owners such
as:
Universal, Disney, Aardman, Metallica, SEGA, Konami, Nokia.
My
skill set covers the practical aspects of the development process as
well as creative leadership and people management. My experience is
built upon a strong foundation in game design as well as sound
production methodologies, including agile / scrum.
I also make regular contributions to the development community, in the form
of lectures on game design and development, at academic institutions
such as the Games Academy, Berlin, Universita' di Milano, Politecnico di Milano and NABA
(academy of fine arts - Milan).
